What is the return policy?
All orders are printed and fulfilled by a third party, Printful.
For any returns, contact ByKimTaylor@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have contacted us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item when you have changed your mind.
For damaged, misprinted or incorrect items, please once again contact ByKimTaylor@gmail.com, with your order number and photos. We will work with our printing and fulfilment partner to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are to order and printed and fulfilled by a third party fulfilment partner, Printful.
Due to this, please allow time for your order to be processed and printed before it is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
Damaged or lost orders:
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive. Please contact ByKimTaylor@gmail.com. We will work with our furfilment partner to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
